Arising from the pharmaceutical needs of Schloß-Apotheke Sayn, a family-owned business in its 3rd generation in pharmacy management and pharmaceutical trade, and with over 80 years of expertise in medications, the wholesale business for pharmaceuticals and medical equipment was established in 2006. Today, our company offers a wide range of services for pharmaceutical trade.
The wholesale operations of Sayn Pharma are handled through Schloß-Apotheke Sayn. Additionally, Pharmrex GmbH was established as a German subsidiary to expand the wholesale business. Simultaneously, the existing Panprofect DMCC in Dubai serves as a central location for supplying medications to West Africa.

Sayn Pharma Handels GmbH handles the distribution of medications to wholesalers, intermediaries, and pharmacies in Germany and the EU, and soon globally. Additionally, we provide services in pharmaceutical logistics, dialysis care, and senior care blistering.
With a selection of over 1,000 different products and an annual turnover of over €15 million, we certainly offer the right medication for your needs. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we also provide a comprehensive range of services for the pharmaceutical trade.
Together, our Sayn Pharma and Schloß-Apotheke Sayn teams comprise a total of 41 employees and have a network of 354 affiliated pharmacies. We have partnerships with one of Germany’s leading mail-order pharmacies, as well as with key institutions such as the State Pharmacists‘ Association of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz and the State Chamber of Pharmacists of Rhineland-Palatinate, also in Mainz. Our main distribution partners include Stada/Aliud and ratiopharm/Abz.
